Katherine needs money. The only way to obtain it is to marry someone who is financially stable. She looks on a dating website of available men in Alaska and finds Timothy. He says he is a born again Christian. Surely that would make him more gullible than most. When she gets what she needs she can leave him.
But she gets more than she bargains for and what happens afterwards she does not expect at all, not least being introduced to Jesus.
